Check-in at the registration desk for a quick overview of the day and information about how to sign-up for specialist councils (and win prizes)! Then help yourself to a hot drink and a muffin, and explore the exhibit tables before the day begins. Many of the ATA’s 21 specialist councils and student locals will be on hand to tell you about the services they provide to education students and beginning teachers. There may even be some opportunities to win prizes!

After the event, if you email dan.grassick@ata.ab.ca a screenshot that shows that you've registered for at least one specialist council, you'll be entered into a raffle for a $100 Visa gift card. You need to email proof of registration in a council to Dan by February 8 to be eligible to win.
